Help for microphone access, voice training sessions, subscriptions, privacy, and App Store purchases.
DeepVoice uses microphone access to detect pitch in real time, provide visual feedback during exercises, and calculate practice metrics. You can manage microphone access in iOS Settings - DeepVoice - Microphone.
The initial scan and exercise analysis run locally on your device. You can optionally run an AI enhanced scan before subscribing or as a premium user later; that sends a short recording and derived metrics through DeepVoice's Cloudflare Worker to OpenAI for analysis.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple StoreKit. Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, choose Subscriptions, then select DeepVoice to manage, cancel, or renew your plan.
Confirm microphone permission is enabled, move to a quiet space, hold the phone close enough for normal speaking volume, and restart the app if the recording state appears stuck.
No. DeepVoice is for voice training and improvement. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions. Contact a qualified professional for medical or clinical voice concerns.
Use the app settings to clear practice sessions, voice snapshots, and progress data when available. You can also delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data.
